Felix made a good impression right off the bat being on-time and helpful. What I appreciate the most about him was that he seemed to actually have my interests in mind. Other agents we worked with often appeared to only be interested in us transacting and when our timing was too slow, they ghosted us. Felix knew the areas we were interested in, was helpful in estimating repair costs and if he didn't know, he had people he called to find out.
